Experience: Candidates with minimum two years of prior laboratory experience in mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques is mandatory. Previous experience with stem cell work, managing own research and administrative activities is a plus.

The role: The post holder will be primarily responsible to perform cellular reprogramming and iPSC generation, iPSC differentiation, in vivo animal studies, clinical sample processing and their bio-banking and participate in all the laboratory activities. Undertake other laboratory duties as responsibilities of this post. The post offers the opportunity to become proficient in the culture of fibroblasts, blood cell isolation and culture, vector production, cellular reprogramming and iPSC generation.

The role: The post holder will be primarily responsible to perform whole proteomic/metabolomic assays and analyse data from such experiments alongside sequencing datasets. biomarker analysis, clinical sample processing and their bio-banking, flow cytometry, custom ELISA, data analysis including statistics and participate in all the laboratory activities.
